How to Build a Spa Hot Tub

Step 1: Design your plumbing system
Investigation into the correct schema plumbing system. Experts suggest the use of jets of the "girl" if you are installing a concrete-type tub. You can search online for potential systems you can also try at home. This should also cover floor drains.

Step 2: Choose a reliable supplier
The parts supplier for your hot tub is your partner in this project. Make sure you choose credible. Since you are getting all the parts of them, you should ask for discounts or free facilities. Research in which the pieces are the best and most durable for your tub.

Step 3: Consider buying abroad.
If you can not find the parts of their own country, you can always go for the parties in other countries. However, you need to pay VAT that. In this case, you may have to calculate their costs first.

Step 4: Dig the basis of your tub
Dig a hole with as you planned. You should follow the length, width and depth. Put a plastic membrane and then prepare the concrete. Fill approximately 140mm thick. After fixing the foundation, you can now work on the walls of the tub.

Step 5: Build the walls using bricks blocks and THERMALITE. Stack it up until you reach the desired height of the tub. You should also consider building bricks in the tub for the seats.

Step 6: Now you can install the pipes. Install water jets first. Follow your plan for the jets. Consider the height of the jets first before installing them inside. Cut a hole in the four walls of the tub to allow the sewer. Install the air pipes and water.

Step 7: Once the cement has set, you can now add the tiles. Design the tub as you represented.
