Booking Appointments
At Bella Beverly Hills we suggest that you book your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure that you receive the time and day you desire. A credit card will holdstomach.gif your appointment.

Arrival
If this is your first visit to Bella Beverly Hills, kindly let the receptionist know when you arrive so that we may provide you with a detailed welcome. You will be asked to fill out our skin care questionnaire which will give us your medical history and contact information. Arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment will give you ample time to complete this process.

Late Arrivals
Arriving on time or early will ensure that your treatment time will run its proper course. Late arrivals will be subject to shortened treatment time if there is an appointment scheduled after yours.

Cancellations
We respectfully request that you honor our staff by notifying us a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment (48 hours in advance for more than one service). Doing so will avoid a cancellation fee of 50%. Missing an appointment will result in a 100% cancellation fee.  Medical Procedures such as Accent XL, Fillers and Relaxants, Soprano XL, and Teeth Whitenings require 48 hours also.  A $200 cancellation fee will be assessed without such a notice.

Payment
Bella Beverly Hills accepts cash and all major credit cards. We also have custom financing packages available for several of our treatments, with no interest plans…

Product Return
Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. Should you be dissatisfied with a product, please return it with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase date. We will gladly exchange the full value for a product more suited to your needs. If you prefer a refund we will gladly issue a credit using the same method of payment as your initial purchase.

Prices/Times
Our prices are subject to change without notice. All times stated are approximate.

At Bella Beverly Hills gratuities are not included in the price of our services, but gladly accepted.

Communicating Your Preferences
All aspects of treatment can usually be tailored to your taste: amount of light, type (or absence) of music, and whether or not you choose to have a conversation, or enjoy your treatment in silence. If you’d like the therapist to change the amount of pressure being exerted, please let her know. Rest assured that your questions are welcomed. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and will be happy to clarify any issues you may have. If any part of your experience is unsatisfactory, please let us know.

Medical Conditions
If you have any medical conditions, be sure to mention them when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Tell you aesthetician if you are wearing contact lenses before you have a facial.

Socializing
Please respect the spa environment by turning off all cell phones and keeping conversations at a low volume.
